All colours are reproduced as accurately on the screen as possible but the actual colour may vary. Any sizes, weights or other dimensions of the products are approximate.
All payments are made via Paypal, the account is owned and maintained by Community Foundation For Calderdale.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but we realise that on occasion you may want to return items that you have purchased.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way you can return your unwanted item to Watermark Flood Fund unused and in its original packaging and/or with original tags attached within 14 days (our cooling off period) for a full refund (not including postage and packing if paid).

Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Watermark Fund cannot be held responsible for return packages which are lost or damaged before reaching us. We recommend that you send the item via recorded delivery, retain proof of postage and insure the item for its full value.
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Please contact us for shipping rates if you are outside of the UK.
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £50. If your order is £50 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service.
Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Orders under £50
Standard shipping – £3.50 for orders below £30, £5.50 for orders between £30 and £50. Orders will be dispatched via ‘Royal mail 2nd Class post.
Once your item is posted we can no longer control or guarantee delivery times. Please note working days are classed as Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this, it is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
We will process your order and deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding non – delivery.
