As the wind down for Christmas took hold the new Watermark office opened it’s doors to let people savour the flavour of the eagerly awaited Watermark gin. With nibbles, ice, lemon and tonic we wasted no time in cracking open the bottle and experiencing the exceptional flavours of the gin.
